You will find me and Mia, my cat, to welcome you and give you all the support for a pleasant stay, if I can help you I will do so with pleasure, both in recommending typical places and for all your other needs.
In my apartment I have a room for you that overlooks the garden where in the summer you can relax peacefully in a green corner.
Our house offers you quality services, warm hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere, in a sober and modern environment.
We are in a strategic position, close to the main attractions of the area.
By booking your stay through my site you will avoid paying commissions to tourist portals and, compared to the city of Florence, Scandicci does not apply the tourist tax.
The house is located a few steps from the center of Scandicci and it will be convenient for you to leave the car and go to Florence with the T1 tramway line.
The “Resistenza” and “Villa Costanza” stops are almost equidistant from our house, the latter is one of the two Flixbus stops in Florence.
We are also very close to the “Scandicci” exit of the A1 and FI-PI-LI.
Adjacent to the area of the major leather goods brands (Gucci, Prada, Dior) and close to Polimoda and Mita.
You can easily reach the Teatro del Maggio fiorentino, the Stazione Leopolda, the Palazzo dei Congressi and the Fortezza da Basso and also the Careggi hospital using the T1 tram line and with the T2 line the Palace of Justice, headquarters of the Tuscany Region and the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence.

A 5 minutos caminando está la estación de tranvía.Scandicci es una zona muy tranquila y se puede descansar sin ruidos.
Karolina2024-04-09Świetne miejsce na pobyt. Cicha i spokojna okolica z bliską odległością do przystanku tramwajowego z którego w pół godziny jest się w centrum. Z tego samego miejsca odjeżdża i przyjeżdża Flixbus. Lorenza pozwoliła nam również zostawić sobie bagaże na wiele wcześniej niż zaplanowane było zameldowanie. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste z wszystkimi udogodnieniami oraz przygotowywanym rano śniadaniem dla gości. Polecam to miejsce.

Jessica2023-08-19The accomodation was about a 25 min tram ride out of Florence but this was quite nice as it was a quiet area. It was as advertised and Lorenza was accomodating. It was nice to have breakfast out on the patio. The room was a nice size and the aircon worked well and it was tidy.
René29/07/2023Séjour tout à fait correct et de très bon standard. ☺Propreté, bien équipé, petits déjeuners copieux. ☹La communication très difficile car l'hôte ne parle aucun anglais, ni français. J'ai suggéré d'utiliser l'application DEEPL pour pouvoir échanger un minimum. Une nuit, le chat de la propriétaire nous a empêché de dormir., il miaulait et grattait à la porte de la chambre.

Maksym11/04/2023☺Thank you very much to the owner of this apartment, a very kind and helpful woman. In general, this is a good option for 1-2 nights. Everything is clean and tidy. The house is located in a quiet area not far from the tram line, you can get to the center in 30 minutes.

La casa è un delizioso e moderno appartamento dove Lorenza vive con una splendida gatta, Mia. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, il letto comodo, l'ambiente caldo. Lorenza ti ospita a casa sua, convive con te ma senza invadere la tua privacy, in una modalità tipica dei soggiorni studio all'estero. La sua presenza è discreta ma accogliente: questo tipo di ospitalità non possono permettersela tutti ma Lorenza sa come si fa! Mio marito ed io abbiamo avuto la massima assistenza e fiducia. Persino la gatta è discreta e davvero adorabile. La casa si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Firenze centro con la tramvia. Scandicci offre diversi servizi. Consigliamo vivamente Lorenza's house!
