The cost for one night for two people is 80.00 euro including breakfast. The tourist tax of the Municipality of Scandicci is not foreseen.

Check-in & check-out
I await your arrival from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm. If you have different travel times I ask you to let me know so that we can agree them together in advance.
Check-out will be by 9.00 am
Booking confirmation
Upon completion of the booking, payment of the deposit for the stay will be required via bank transfer and the receipt of the bank transfer will be sent within one day.
Prices and payment
Prices are per room/night, including “Light continental breakfast” in the self-service corner.
The tourist tax is not foreseen.
Payments must be made upon booking by bank transfer as indicated in the quote you will receive.
The penalty in case of cancellation
– From the moment of booking until the fifteenth day before arrival, no penalty will be withheld;
– From the fourteenth to the seventh day before arrival, the penalty will be equal to 50% of the total amount of the entire stay;
– From the sixth day to the day before arrival, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total amount of the entire stay;
– Even in the case of no-show, or cancellation on the same day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount of the entire stay will be applied.
